Ashley joined our team in 2022 after spending five years working closely with small businesses and their owners, as well as high net worth individuals at another local tax firm. When it comes to taxes, Ashley enjoys being able to breakdown the complexities of each unique tax situation to help clients both understand and maximize the opportunities available to them. While Ashley enjoys all types of tax work, her favorites include tax preparation and planning for the following: S-Corporations and their owners, individuals with rental properties and/or employee stock options or restricted stock awards.

When she’s not at the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and their Golden Retriever, Ellie. Depending on the time of year, you can find them watching NFL games together (be sure to ask Ashley how her fantasy football team is doing!), working on house/yard projects, or spending time in the sunshine over in Crescent Bar, WA.

Working in the field of public accounting for 20 years , Tiana has experience providing tax planning and compliance services for both individuals and businesses. She acts as a trusted advisor to her clients, assisting them on income tax planning and small business accounting issues. She began her professional career at WZB as an office assistant while attending the University of Washington. After graduation, she was employed by an international accounting firm for six years in their assurance and advisory business services practice.

Outside the office, Tiana enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. When she has free time she can be found volunteering at school, traveling, or crafting with the kids.

She also provides financial statement preparation services specifically compilation engagements for many of her clients.

When she is not in the office, she can be found relaxing at her cabin with a good book or her latest sewing project. She also enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Working in the capacity of staff accountant and tax preparer at WZB for 39 years, Kristi has gained expertise to efficiently assimilate information for preparation of tax returns and financial statements. She has strong skills in QuickBooks and attends annual tax updates to keep current on tax changes.

As an avocation, Kristi is a contemporary jewelry artist and teacher, having taught as many as 2,000 women how to cut, solder and work with metal. She serves as volunteer treasurer for multiple organizations.
